Industrial Metrology

We provide on-site dimensional inspection services utilizing the most accurate and precise portable CMM (coordinate measurement machine) equipment available. We perform reverse engineering, dimensional and geometric part inspections, equipment alignment, large-scale laser scanning (plants/facilities), and small-scale laser scanning (reverse design).

Some of our state-of-the-art reverse engineering equipment includes a FARO Laser Scanner LS 880, FARO Laser Tracker Xi, and a FARO 8Õ Platinum Articulated Arm.

Tracker:

Our industrial metrology instruments have been tested, inspected, and compensated against FARO working standards that have been calibrated using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) artifacts. All Calibrations conform to procedures developed in accordance with ISO-10012, MIL-STD-45662A; in addition to the SME B-89 standard for laser trackers.
